Direct Thermal Imaging on Synthetic Facestock

DT Pro™ combines RevealPrint® imaging technology with a synthetic face stock. It provides exceptional resistance to heat, cold, UV light, water, and most chemicals including alcohol. Not only will DT Pro outlast traditional synthetic direct thermal labels, but its durability is also comparable to thermal transfer BOPP labels and a wax/resin ribbon. DT Pro is produced with fade-resistant pigments meaning it will last over 18 months outdoors and for years indoors. DT Pro allows for on-demand imaging in intense black or up to eight colors, and it can be printed with traditional flexo inks as well as water-based inkjet inks making it one of the most versatile direct thermal products available today. Permanent, all-temp, freezer, removable, and re-positional adhesives are available.
